The San Diego County Bar Association has a special Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Program in place for when cases are filed against active duty personnel. We have a panel of attorneys who are available to enter a stay under the SCRA on behalf of the active duty military member. We have developed extensive procedures and forms to handle these cases when filed in our superior court (for both family law and general civil cases).
