Responsibilities of Social Workers Include:

  • Evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges to develop personalized plans for assistance.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them to necessary services, such as housing, healthcare, or education.
  • Offer emotional support to help clients cope with challenges.
  • Assist in emergencies, such as abuse, homelessness, or mental health crises.
