Irreconcilable Differences

In divorce law, dissolving a marriage due to irreconcilable differences between the spouses is a legal justification to terminate the marriage, and in so doing neither spouse places legal fault for the marriage ending

Different states use different statutory language to describe dissolution through the “No-Fault” process. For example, some states use the terms irremediable breakdown or incompatibility.
