(5′ x 5′) Unit Small Closet: Suitable for boxes, and small furniture: $40–$70
(5′ x 10′) Walk-In Closet: Walk-in closet, small studio apartment items: $60–$125
(10′ x 10′) Half of One Bedroom Residence: $125–$150
(10′ x 15′) One-Bedroom Residence: $150 –$225
(10′ x 20′) Two-bedroom Residence: $225–$275
