The plaintiff’s counsel represents people in civil cases who have been damaged or injured in some way by a defendant’s wrongful conduct

The alleged party responsible for the plaintiff’s damages is called the defendant. In the case of personal injury cases, the defense lawyer is usually paid by the defendant’s insurance company.

In personal injury cases, the defendant is alleged to have injured the plaintiff. The plaintiff retains plaintiff counsel to represent them to obtain financial compensation from the defendant for the damages the plaintiff sustained due to the defendant’s negligent conduct.
