Liability Waiver In Personal Injury Cases

A personal injury liability waiver is a legal document that releases the defendant from any legal liability arising out of the injury-causing incident. This is also called a general release of all claims.

If you sign such a document, young the defendant, even if your injuries worsen or you will be forever barred from suing, and try to claim additional damages.

If you’re injured in an automobile accident, and the insurance adjuster comes to your home and asks you to sign any documents, it is strongly advised that you consult with a lawyer before signing anything.
