Only relevant evidence can be admitted at trial
Evidence is relevant only if tends to prove or disprove a disputed fact or issue in controversy. If not, the court will not admit the evidence at trial, and it cannot be considered by the jury. Evidence must have some probative value to the case.
Evidence can be physical, live percipient or expert testimony, deposition testimony, photos, documents, models, simulations, or anything that can be perceived by the five senses and which is relevant to the case.
