Cemetery services encompass all duties fulfilled or goods supplied by a member of the funeral and death care industry

A few examples of working professionals who provide “cemetery services” are gravediggers, groundskeepers (who maintain a cemetery’s facilities), and funeral directors (also known as morticians).

Related jobs include but are not limited to obituary writing, cremation, embalming filing for death certificates and related permits, funeral or memorial service planning, mortuary makeup artistry, hearse driving, floral design, stone engraving, and handling the storage of bodies in graves, crypts, or niches (spaces which correspond to cemeteries, mausolea, and columbaria, respectively).

The goods sold by people in this industry include urns, coffins, caskets, plaques, headstones, grave liners, and vaults.
