Beneficiaries are those designated individuals named in a will or trust that will inherit a share of the testator’s estate

A beneficiary of a will or trust are those individuals or entities that benefit from the conveyance of the property held in trust by the trustee for the exclusive benefit of the designated beneficiaries.
