Henry Dahut, J.D.

Henry Dahut is a licensed California trial attorney representing the injured and accused.

Over the course of his 25-plus years practicing law, Henry has represented and counseled countless clients in legal trouble.

After earning his BA in Law & Society from the University of California, Henry obtained his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University, School of Law in San Francisco.

Henry was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986 and, shortly after, to the Federal Bar, 9th Circuit, and the US Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

Upon earning his license to practice law, his first attorney position was with a prominent AV-rated San Francisco medical malpractice defense firm, where he defended physicians, surgeons, and hospitals in medical malpractice cases.

After learning the defense side of civil litigation, Henry accepted an associate position with an established personal injury plaintiffs practice, where he gained valuable litigation and trial experience in both civil and criminal defense.

In the early 1990s, Henry started a general civil and criminal defense practice in Southern California. Later, his practice included divorce and family law. In addition to his legal practice, Henry served as a court-appointed Arbitrator on civil matters for the Riverside County Superior Court.

His journey as a legal professional is marked by a diverse range of practice areas, along with growing expertise in legal education, law practice management, and technology.
