A storage unit contract is a legally binding agreement between a storage facility and the renter of the storage unit and contains the terms, conditions, rights, and obligations of the owner of the storage facility and its renter

Note: Breach of Storage Contract and Lien Holder Rights:

Upon the renter’s breach of the storage contract (usually non-payment of rent) the storage facility may under your state’s law, place a lien on the storage unit, including its contents, and lock you out of the storage unit until the lien is paid including late fees.
