Arbitration clause provides that all legal disputes be resolved by binding arbitration

An arbitration provision in a contract clause that requires adverse parties to resolve their dispute by a private arbitrator and not through the court system.

An arbitrator is usually a private retired judge. The process is fairly informal and inexpensive, and the matter can often be resolved quickly.
